Floral Alzheimer's Dementia Kindness Information Business Card

These Alzheimer's / Dementia cards were inspired by my mother-in-law, who has dementia. They read, "The person I'm with has Alzheimer's. Your patience and kindness is appreciated. Thank you." These are great for when you're at a restaurant, doctor's office, hospital, or any other public place. They're easy to discreetly hand to someone to give them a "heads up," and the text can be customized, if desired. The watercolor floral border adds a pretty, feminine touch.
