I created this design because I know how easy it is to notice everything that isn't going well. We often focus on what's missing, what we wish we had, or what still needs to change. I've learned that gratitude doesn't ask us to ignore the difficult moments. Instead, it gently reminds us to notice the love, kindness, beauty, and little joys that are already part of our lives. I wanted to create something you can come back to whenever you need that reminder.

This design is for anyone who wants to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. Gratitude isn't about having a perfect life. It's about finding peace in the life you're living today, one small moment at a time.
