A little note for longtime Joy-Based Living friends...

If you've been around for a while, you might remember that we've been MOOOOOing since 2016.

The original C.O.W. stood for Container of Worthiness, inspired by Practice #2 in The 12 Practices of Joy.

The acronym was born during a kayaking trip on Little River with my dear friend Willow. Somewhere between laughter, conversation, and a gust of wind that sent my hat to the bottom of the river... C.O.W. was born.

It still makes me smile.

This emblem is a joyful nod to that story... and to everyone who's been part of this adventure from the beginning.
